GigaBand Cat6 Angled Jack

In addition to the Category 6 flush jack with all of its impressive features and excellent performance levels, HellermannTyton also presents an angled Category 6 modular jack. The design of this jack allows the placement of six angled outlets in one single gang faceplate. This optimizes the space available as well as relieves cable stress by providing a smooth slope for the Category 6 cable. The performance of the GigaBand system provides significant margin over the proposed TIA Category 6 (TIA/EIA-568-B.2-1) and ISO Class E (ISO/IEC-11801, 2nd edition) requirements. The GigaBand system will easily support emerging applications such as Gigabit Ethernet and 622 Mbps ATM.

HellermannTytons Category 5e modular jack is designed to meet the needs of end-users and installers. Several features have been incorporated to provide an easier and quicker installation of the jack. This jack enables the installation of six angled outlets in a single gang faceplate. Punch Down Installation Palm Tool

To expedite jack installation, HellermannTyton provides a useful tool. The palm tool fits ergonomically in the hand to ease the punch down process of both flush and angled modular jacks as well as the individual ports in the GigaSnap and AlphaSnap patch panels.
